Dolo 650 tablet contains paracetamol which inhibit the chemical synthesis, which leads to pain. This is OTC medicine (prescription decontrolled), you can buy it without prescription. This medicine is very effective in controlling fever, headache etc.. but if you overuse it may lead to serious toxicity. This dolo 650 tablet is first choice medicine in breastfeeding women if she suffering from pain. Overconsumption of dolo 650 tablet may lead to liver damage and also other problems like stomach ache..

Dolo 650 tablet contains paracetamol which is weak inhibitor of COX-1 (cyclo oxygenase)and COX-2.

डोलो 650 टैबलेट में पेरासिटामोल होता है जो COX-1 (साइक्लो ऑक्सीजेस) और COX-2 का कमजोर अवरोधक है।

These two enzymes are responsible for formation of prostaglandins which lead to pain, by inhibiting these enzymes the synthesis of prostaglandins can be prevented and thus pain. It also inhibit synthesis of some other chemicals.

Note:

Use it as prescribed or as healthcare professional direct.
