As we all know, corona pandemic created havoc all around the world and we are fighting from it for last 11 months.
The cases have been crossed 50 million mark worldwide and 8 million in India, and also Government thinking of school/Colleges reopening from approximately 21st November in India. It is prerequisite and necessity to maintain physical as well as mental health and also diet.

Way to Reduce stress:
1.First of all keep positive attitude, attitude makes difference, It will give you positivity to fight against virus and help you in keeping your self calm.
For ex.
