Stress management, Mental health and Diet management during this Pandemic

 As we all know, corona pandemic created havoc all around the world and we are fighting from it for last 11 months.

The cases have been crossed 50 million mark worldwide and 8 million in India, and also Government thinking of school/Colleges reopening from approximately 21st November in India. It is prerequisite and necessity to maintain physical as well as mental health and also diet.

Here, I Vikas Shah, the creator of "medcoz" recommend you to follow below given regimen to reduce stress and maintain physical fitness.

Way to Reduce stress:

1.First of all keep positive attitude, attitude makes difference, It will give you positivity to fight against virus and help you in keeping your self calm.

For ex. In 1998 Pramukhswami Maharaj was suffering from heart disease and at that time it was necessary to undergo bypass surgery but the age of BAPA was more than 80 and at that time anesthesia can not given to elder patient, so BAPA had undergone surgery without any anesthesia, at that time he was in constant connection with THAKORJI(God).This kind of positive attitude will provide magnificent strength.

2.Do regular exercise and meditation, remember meditation is the best practice that you can perform to reduce stress and for maintenance of mental health. It ill help you to stay calm and be patience in this situation.

3.Third and most appropriate way to stay calm is to accept this situation. You can not do anything of this virus, only you can do is take precautions to stop spread and stay at home without necessity don't go outside until vaccine comes in picture. This will give strength you to combat against corona.

4.If you have any worry or you are threatened then listen to music or read good books that inspire you like PRAMUKH SWAMI MAHARAJ biography, it will fill you with positivity and your all worries will run away.

5.Spare time for you hobbies like singing, drawing etc.. Due to this your mind will be engaged in the work you are performing.

6.Eat healthy food, provide immunity or boost your immunity to fight against corona.

7.If you any worry you can tell to any person of your home or friends to reduce it.

These are some ways to maintain mental health. Mental strength is more important then physical strength.

Ways to maintain physical health:

1.Do regular exercise, walk for at least hour a day.
2.Eat healthy, protein rich food and fibrous vegetables.
3.Drink more water at least 3 liters a day.
4.Consume more fruits and vegetables rather then fast food.
5.Wash you hand properly and take a very good sleep of at least 6 hours a day and maximum 8 hours a day.
6.Go to terrace in the morning to get sunlight if you are not quarantined. Exposure to sunlight will provide enough calcium to your body.
By these ways you can maintain your physical health.

Diet management

According to WHO, proper nutrition and hydration are key elements for boosting immunity.
Government is looking for reopening of school/colleges from 21st November in India, in this situation immunity plays important role in fight against pandemic, and for immunity you  must provide proper nutrition to body.

Diet regimen according to WHO

1.Eat more fruits and vegetables mostly green leafy and fibrous vegetables, prevent eating outside.
2.Eat whole grains, oats, legumes rich of proteins.
3.Apart from this consume Polyunsaturated fatty acids like DHA, this will help to reduce inflammation i body.
4.Vitamin C, Vitamin D plays important role in immunity so, better to consume it.
5.Don't consume much salt, sugar and fats.
